The Chocolate Collection
Chocolate – chocolate flavoured sponge made with Green & Black’s finest cocoa
Devil's Food Cake- light sponge with an intense chocolate flavour and a subtle hint of coffee. Made with 81% cocoa solids chocolate
White Chocolate & Lime - dense cake with a delicate hint of lime that counteracts the sweetness of the white chocolate perfectly

The Fruit Collection
Banoffee- banana sponge cake filled with caramel
Cherry and Almond - light sponge with a hint of almond with added glacé cherries 
Hummingbird - pineapple, banana, and coconut moist cakes
Lemon – flavoured with the zest and juice of lemons
Orange– flavoured with the zest and juice of oranges

The After Dark Collection (contain alcohol) 
Amaretto and Cherry - light sponge with a hint of Amaretto and dotted with slivers of glacé cherries
Chocolate Cherry Mudcake - sweet, dense, intensely chocolate flavoured with added chopped black cherries and cherry brandy
Chocolate and Guinness - dark chocolate cakes made with Green & Black's Cocoa and Guinness 
Chocolate and Irish cream liqueur - soft and gooey cupcake made with dark chocolate and with added Irish cream liqueur 

Special Dietary Requirements

We are currently expanding our range of cakes to include gluten and wheat free cakes.  Please ask to see if your chosen flavour can be made gluten and wheat free.
Some of our recipes are also dairy free if this is a dietary requirement, please ask.

Ganache - Chocolate ganache is a versatile and great alternative topping to buttercreams and perfect for chocolate lovers.  Ganache mixes well with liqueurs to produce a great 'adult-only' cake
